Now its time to add our sponsor's logos. I'll use the Ritz cracker logo on the hood, and on the sides as well but not the whole one. The Nabisco logo will probably fit well on the lower quarter panels. Let's do the hood first.
Here's have I've got.

All I want from the Ritz logo is the crackers and the Ritz in the circle. The rest including the red background I really don't want. I'll use the rectangular selection tool, (I'm told the crop tool works too but I haven't tried it.), to highlight around the part I want, copy it and then paste it as a new image. Then I'll use the magic wand to select the red and delete it. Rotate the image 90 degrees to the left, resize it to 110 pixels wide and try out your hood logo on the car.
For the side logos I had to get creative. The logo for the hood is too big with the crackers, so I went looking for a Ritz logo without them, and I got lucky. This new cracker less logo was resized and added to the rear quarter panels. It looks good, but there's a big gap between the logo and where the numbers will be.

So I went looking again for something "Ritzy". I found a logo for Ritz that had a slogan in it, perfect for above the wheel. Unfortunately the text is way to fuzzy for adding to the car as is. In order to add the slogan I remade it using a font that is close to the original.

To get the angle for the slogan I made it as a vector, antialiased. With a vector you can rotate an image any way you want. I gave this just enough to tilt it, but not too much. The outline was done with Eyecandy's gradient glow filter.
Time to add the secondary sponsor as well. I'll put the Nabisco logo on the quarter panel below the taillights.
Adding contingencies.
To make life easier I have made up a set of high rez decals which you can download here: JimmyK's Contingency Decal set. I tried them on a Pontiac template as well, and the Moog decal on the front gets cut off by the headlight. Just use the erase tool to remove it, or you can cut it out and reposition it.
