You may notice that there's now an unnamed layer just above the one named numbers. Its made during the number making process. You can leave it there, or delete it. I like to keep things neat so I delete them, but it won't cause any problems if you keep it.
Select the layer called numbers and paste your number in as a new selection. Move the number around until you get it in the right spot. I do the passenger's side first. Then I'll paste in a second number, and "flip" and "mirror" it to get it set for the driver's side. For the roof I use the driver's side number but make it bigger to fill the roof more. You can do this by resizing the driver's side number, but be careful here. If you make a smaller image to big it will become grainy. If you find that you need a bigger number for the roof and resizing a door number is not working just use the same method to make the roof number that we did to make a door number. Some painters will start with the roof number, then resize it smaller to fit the doors. This works very well too.

Here's what we have so far. We still have to add the numbers on the left front and left rear of the car, paint the rear spoiler and add the driver's name. The smaller numbers are just a matter of selecting the right layer, resizing a door number and then pasting in the right spot.
The rear spoiler should have a layer on its own, or could be with the headlights like the Taurus was. I select the correct layer, then go to the selections drop down menu, select load from alpha channel and pick the rear spoiler. Then all you do is flood fill with the color of your choice.
To add the driver's name all you need to do is select the driver's name layer, and use a script type font set to size 8, color depends on what you want.

Here's the finished car.
The Pitcrew section is a reprint of the section used in my PSP 7 tutorial. Techniques are pretty much the same.
Now we can get the pitcrew started. I'm not sure where I got this pitcrew template from, but it has helped me quite a bit. Besides a layered template with a guide there's a second picture of a finished crew. Get the template HERE
Finished crew (not my work!)
Layered version.
There's only 3 layers that I really get into here. They are the Suit Overlay layer, the Decals layer and the Suit Outline layer. The Suit Overlay layer is where we change the colors of things. The decals layer is where we add the decals, and the Suit Outline layer is strictly for use as a guide to show where we put things. I figure that the pit crew colors show compliment the car, so that's where I get my colors from. Select the Suit Overlay layer and use the selection tool to select around the different things you want to paint and flood fill with the color you want. The car is also where I get the decals. Usually the hood decal from the car will go on the side of the war wagon, the driver's door number I'll put on the sign as well as on the end of the war wagon. The middle of the shirt can get the hood decal too. you will probably have to resize to get everything to fit.
This is what the template looks like after I've make the color changes I wanted,
and added the decals. Notice that the numbers on the shirt are in reverse order.
In the game the shirt is wrapped around so that the number looks the way it
should. Finished crew is shown below.
